The pool and spa flow meters were not functional. There was no schematic drawing of the pool and spa circulation system available in the pump room.
The pH of the pool was 6.8. The pH of the spa was 6.8.
The pool combined chlorine was 1.1 ppm. the pool total alkalinity was 30 ppm. The pool saturation index was -1.0. the spa combined chlorine was 2.6.
Chlorine and pH readings were not recorded 3 times per day. CPO is not currently under contract.

The pool and spa pH were both 6.8.
