A sausage and egg breakfast burrito was 106 degrees F in the cooks line warming drawer.
Leaf lettuce at the sandwich line make station was 49 degrees F.
The walk-in refrigerator door gasket was torn. The green chili bin in the steam table had a severely cracked plastic lid. Both fry line reach-in refrigerators door gaskets were cracked.
The three-compartment sink wall caulking was soiled with grime.

The floor was soiled with food debris inside the walk-in freezer.
The lights in the fry line ventilation hood did not function.
