AFTER LANDING AND APPLYING FULL THROTTLE FOR TOUGH & GO, SAW THE BIRD ATTEMPTING TO GET AIRBORNE DIRECTLY IN A/C FLT PATH. BELIEVE THE WEIGHT OF THE FISH AND BIRDS UNWILLINGNESS TO RELEASE HIS MEAL PRECLUDED HIM FROM EXCAPING A/C FLT PATH. THROTTLE REDUCED AND A/C ALLOWED TO SETTLE BACK TO RWY WITH APPROX 2000 FT REM.
