ALL USERS ARE ADVISED OF THE INGRESS/EGRESS AND OTHER ISSUES FOR OPERATIONAL USE PRIOR TO LANDING AT THE HELIPORT. OPERATORS CONTACT AND MAINTAIN RADIO COMMUNICATION WITH ATLANTA APPROACH CONTROL AND MONITOR PERRY-HOUSTON COUNTY UNICOM FREQUENCY. CAUTION IS EXERCISED WHILE OPERATING TO/FROM HELIPORT DURING IFR WEATHER CONDITIONS AS TO THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE INSTRUMENT APPROACH PROCEDURES AT PERRY AIRPORT.
