LANDED AND DID NOT HEAR NOISED OF IMPACT. ON ROLLOUT THEY SMELLED BURNING FEATHERS THROUGH THE AIR CONDITIONING DUCTS. CREW MONITORED ENGS ON LT SIDE FOR SECONDARIES BUT DID NOT SEE ANY. ONCE CLEAR OF THE RWY THE PILOT ELECTED TO SHUT DOWN THE INBOARD ENGINES DUE TO HIS ESTIMATION OF THE BIRD'S FLIGHT PATH. UPON INSPN AFTER SHUTDOWN THE MX TEAM FOUND REMAINS OF A SMALL BIRD IN THE INTAKE FOR THE #2 ENGINE. NO DMG TO THE ENGINE OR INTAKE. MX MEMBERS COMPLETED A COMPRESSOR WASH AND RETURNED A/C TO SERVICE.
