BIRD DISINTEGRATED AND SPLATTERED ON THE LEFT FLAP WHICH WAS FULLY EXTENDED AND THE LEFT SIDE OF THE HORIZONTAL STABILIZER. NO APPREDIABLE DMG. UNPUBLISHED NOTAM READS DEER/GEESE INVOF RWYS. I CONSIDER THAT THIS IS SUFFICENT WARNING TO THE WILDLIFE IN THE AREA AROUND MEZ.
