Remarks: 9 CARCASSES FOUND. BOTH FLAPS WERE BROKEN, 1 WAS BARELY HANGING ON. AT 60 ' AGL, PILOT PULLED UP, BANKED AND LANDED FROM OTHER RWY. THIS WAS ALMOST A FATAL MISTAKE AS WAS SEEN THE BY AFTERMATH AND THE SEVERELY COMPROMISED FLAPS.
