For instance, you may prepare a salad, chicken or beef dish, side dish, and dessert, all in one class session. It is also a great opportunity to learn a recipe for potluck or holiday pitch-in meals. Lessons may also help you pair wine and beverages with your dishes or all courses of your meal.
