Named after Beverly's granddaughter Tula, the café is decorated in colorfully retro and earthy tones - very Hollywood. Featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner entrées that call for only the freshest of ingredients, menu items include a cinnamon supreme French toast, chicken sorrentino, Alaskan salmon covered with a champagne dill sauce and a succulent top sirloin steak.

Located at poolside is the stylish Splash Bar which is open seasonally and unique cocktails and drinks along with a light fare. During the cooler nights a fireplace is lit.
