Wellington's serves breakfast and lunch seven days a week from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. They have a breakfast buffet with more than one hundred items. Lunch items include turkey and dressing, roast beef, BBQ ribs, Fried Chicken, Corned Beef, Catfish and ham. The desserts are all made on the premises.

Fitzgerald's Lobby Bar serves all three meals with casual dress attire. The restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 12:30 am, Saturday from 11:00 am to 12:30 am and Sunday from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm. They offer fresh fruits, yogurt and an assortment of breads. They have live entertainment nightly and southern cuisine served a la carte. The bar serves a Signature Bloody Mary cocktail with hand stuffed olives, pickled green beans and steamed shrimp.
