The Regency Ballroom is 3,870 square feet in total, but it can be broken up into three separate sections, with each section having 1,290 square feet of space. Like the Regency Ballroom, the Comstock Room can also be broken up into three sections (two sections of 780 square feet and one section of 1,140 square feet).
