Simon Management is the company that runs the Towne East Mall in Wichita, Kansas. They are anchored by Dillard's, JC Penney and Sears. The mall is located at 7700 E. Kellogg Drive which is on the corner of Kellogg and Rock Road. Mall hours are Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sundays.
