Twin Pine Casino and Hotel is located in the northern California town of Middleton and sits near the northern gateway to Napa Valley. The Casino has a winery theme and is one of the newest casinos in the state. Twin Pine's has over 92,000 square feet of space and is open to the public 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Twin Pines offers all of the Vegas style gaming options including slot machines, electronic machines and table games. Guests can also sign up for the Harvest Players Club to get points towards gambling, food and lodging.
There are two eating options at the casino; Manzanita Restaurant and Grapevine Bar and Lounge. Grapevine offers live entertainment such as music and comedy. There are also several large screen televisions to enjoy the big game with a group of friends. The Manzanita serves up seasonal fare in a casual environment.
The adjoining hotel features 60 rooms with several amenities for adults and children. Twin Pines has quickly become a popular weekend vacation spot for families and adults who enjoy gaming as well as the outdoor activities the area has to offer. To enter the casino people must be 21 years or older.
