Critical: TCS foods were not being held at the proper temperature. Hot dogs on rotisserie were holding at 116F a beginning of inspection. Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as a public health control, TCS food shall be held at 135°F or above (except for those roasts that are cooked as required may be held at 130° F), or at 41°F or less. Reheated to 165F during inspection, and rotisserie was adjusted to hold at 135F or above. Correct By: 18-Mar-2014
Critical: Observed a handwashing sink without water at the required temperature.The hot-water handle is stripped at rear area hand sink. Consequently, there is no hot water available at this sink.
