Floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable-facility has removed carpet from the back food prep area .
- Observed a build-up of dirt and debris exterior of equipment, interior of coolers(back area working coolers, freezer and non working cooler) throughout.
The physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean, and cleaning shall be done during periods when the least amount of food is exposed.
- Observed the presence of live flies and fruit flies throughout the facility 3 comp sink area, front bar area, back storage area and area near coolers continue working to address .
