Food shall be protected from contamination that is not specified under 3717-1-03.2 (A) to (X).PROVIDE INSERTS FOR ICE BINS TO PROTECT ICE FROM BEING CONTAMINATED BY CONTACT WITH COLD PLATES WHICH ARE NOT ABLE TO BE PROPERLY CLEANED AND SANITIZED. CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE POP GUNS TO REMOVE BUILD UP WITHIN THE NOZZLE.

- Critical: Observed the air gap between a plumbing fixture and a piece of equipment that was not sufficient to prevent back siphonage of contaminated water.
To prevent contamination, an air gap between the water supply inlet and the flood level rim of the plumbing fixture, equipment, or nonfood equipment shall be at least twice the diameter of the water supply inlet and may not be less than one inch (25 millimeters). PROVIDE AN AIR GAP FOR THE ICE MACHINE LOCATED BEHIND THE BAR.

Foods located in green home type refrigerator and low reach in cooler where temp. at 45F-50F. TCS foods removed from that cooler and placed in cooler that was operating properly.
