  • Observed nonfood-contact equipment in poor repair-at least one holding unit in use for make ready top, not in working condition.
  • Faucet/handle at handwash sink on cookline in disrepair. Handles and faucet etc are very loose and tipsy.
  • Observed attached equipment, hood filters heavily soiled with accumulated grease-appears to have black charing on them..
