  • Critical. Observed improper use of bowl/plastic food container or other container with no handle used to dispense food that is not ready-to-eat. Provide scoops with handles in all bulk-food-storage bins.
  • Critical. Observed employee drinking from an open beverage container in a food preparation or other restricted area. Employee drinks must be capped.
  • Critical. Observed incorrect information on Hotel and Restaurant license. Because the doorway between the kitchen and dining room does not exist, and insofar as food must travel outside to go from the kitchen to the dining room, this establishment must operate as a takeout only restaurant - until such time as the doorway is installed. Do not serve customers in dining room. Patrons may choose to takeout their pizza, to eat wherever they may choose.
