  • Critical. Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Pasta,lobster stored inside of refrigeration drawers on main service line,temperatures not maintain.
  • Critical. Observed uncovered food in holding unit/dry storage area. Observed roast ,sausage mozz cheese uncovered.
  • Observed gaskets/seals on cold holding unit in poor repair.
  • Table-mounted nonfood-contact equipment is not installed to allow easy cleaning. Observed cooking equiment on main service line has bricks underneath legs also accumulation of grease on bricks.
