Manager Martin running the front of the house. Observed Emiliano and Martin employed since restaurant opened in July 2013. Observed Martin and Emiliano recently took spanish speaking CFM exam in Tampa, but did not pass. Observed certificate presented at time of inspection is for Operator and General Manager who is primarily at Tallahassee location.
