Upon entering establishment, observed approximately 88 dead roaches within establishment in the following locations: 2 under reach-in pizza cooler, about 25 under compressor compartment of raw meat reach-in cooler at cookline, about 25 on floor behind dish machine, 1 in the hallway leading to the meat cooler, 3 under prep sink, 3 under steamer, 3 under shelf holding clean dishes, 1 on top of reach in cooler used for meat at cookline, and about 25 on the drainboards surrounding the dish machine. Inspector alerted management and staff to the locations of all the dead roaches and inspector observed staff remove vermin and clean all areas.
