  • Basic - Food debris accumulated on kitchen floor. Kitchen floor, including grout, heavily soiled with grease and debris.
  • High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical stored by or with food. Spray bottle of simple green in bakery area over single service and prep table.
  • High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb. Faucet between walk in freezer and walk in cooler.
  • Intermediate - Accumulation of encrusted food debris on/around mixer head and surrounding flat surfaces.
  • Intermediate - Encrusted material on can opener blade.
  • Intermediate - Food-contact surfaces encrusted with grease and/or soil deposits. Shelves holding decorations for cookies, cakes etc. heavily soiled. Shelving at door to back bakery area.
  • Intermediate - Multiuse food-contact surface not smooth, free of breaks/cracks/chips/pits/crevices. Bin slicer/bagel slicer table, worn and in very bad repair. Surface of table not s,potholes and easily cleanable.
