These holes are in the tile coving at the wait staff service area, the cooks line opposite the salad prep cooler, under a hand sink on the cooks line, under the hood of the prep kitchen and under a hand sink in the prep kitchen. Must be complied by next unannounced routine inspection.

All PH food in the Bain Marie cooler on the cook's line. Some was moved to other working coolers and some food was issued an stop sale. **Admin Complaint** **Repeat Violation**. Unable to test the temperature of this unit due to nothing being stored in the unit. Placed bowls of water in the unit to test at the next callback inspection.
  • High Priority - Sewage/wastewater leaking through the juncture of the wall and floor at the east end of the cook's line. The water has a foul odor. The water is coming out of the walls at the east end of the cook's line , at the entrance to the kitchen from the dining room and in the dining room. The water also covers the floor area at a service/drink station just inside the entrance to the kitchen. Also observed water seeping out from under the tiled floor near the kitchen rear door. **Warning**. At callback inspection did not observe any water on the floors but there is no hot water available throughout the building at all fixtures. Both the General Manager and Operations Manager agreed to keep the establishment closed until hot water is available throughout the establishment.
