  • High Priority - Cheese/milk/creamer/other dairy products cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed shredded cheddar in container in interior of cold hold prep unit in kitchen at 51° and staff believes it was held overnight. Management stated that temperatures were checked this morning and were fine but they are having trouble with the electrical outlet and breaker that the unit is plugged into.   • High Priority - Cut lettuce/cabbage/spinach/kale/chard cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed shredded lettuce held at 47° at cold hold prep unit in kitche and staff believes it was held in unit overnight. Management stated that temperature was fine this morning and that they are having trouble with the electrical outlet and breaker that the unit is plugged into.   • Basic - Equipment in poor repair. Reach in cooler condiment and topping station. Observed ambient thermometer in unit at 54° and inspector's thermometer placed in unit read 56°. Advised establishment not to keep potentially hazardous food in this unit until it is able to maintain temp. Management advised me that the refrigeration repairman will be out later today and they will get him to look at unit.
  • Basic - Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Observed several black garbage bags and broken down cardboard boxes next to dumpster within fenced in garbage area.

  • Basic - Ten (10) foot-candles of light at least 30 inches from floor not provided in walk-in cooler. Observed one dead bulb and one blinking bulb.
