Raw meat in reach-in cooler next the flat grill measured 47F and frosty mix in front service area measured 55F. Temperature was 55F towards the front and back of the compartment and below 41F in the center. Manager placed the machine out of service. All raw meat in reach-in cooler placed on ice to control temperature. Half and half in dining room measured 51F - discarded by manager.
