Your ALL-NBA teams follow stats like WS and PER pretty closely. I guess you could argue Durant > James for second team because the Suns are having a better year and those two are close statistically. Zion could be argued over the George, although the Clippers are having the better season and NO is slumping into the Play-in games.

Yeah, pretty much agree with your teams. I could switch out Edwards to 2nd team and Haliburton to 3rd team but that would be just splitting hairs. Good picks.

They usual announce the teams before the conference finals so curious about how much playoff performance effect your ranking.

Jaylen Brown was 2nd-team last year and has improved substantially since then. Celtics' individual numbers are down because more guys are sharing the work.
