Hi! I was wondering if anybody had insight about the Farmstand Apartments in South Burlington. Having two dogs, our rental options are limited and this seems to fit the bill. We’re coming from owning out of state and then renting a single family home, but are now struggling with our two dogs to find a new place. Our main concern is noise - a dog friendly complex means that there are likely other dogs in close proximity. Is it a lot of college kids?

Farmstand Apts are located on the southern end of South Burlington a short distance off Shelburne Road/Route 7. I doubt there are college students there as it is pretty far away from the University and Champlain College. It abuts a really nice neighborhood. The apartments are somewhat new...I'd say 10-12 years old.
