He was the young farmer in Utah who came up missing. There was a long thread about this last year. Looks like they learned who killed him, but no body found:
Utah has the death penalty. Hopefully, the perp is convicted and gets the death penalty (what is he contributing to society?). Also, what about Don being the one who filmed? Maybe he was offered immunity by police/FBI after he admitted driving the truck, disposing of the phone and returning the gun and key...?
I am so glad that they have finally charged the guy responsible. Dylan was a good kid who deserved so much better than this.
It makes me sick that this murderer hasn't been willing to disclose where he put Dylan's body. His family needs to be able to bring their boy home and lay him to rest properly.
Rounds, 19, was reported missing last May while he was farming in the town of Lucin near the Utah/Nevada border. The suspect in the case, James Brenner, 59, was charged Friday with one count of aggravated murder and one count of abuse or desecration of a human body.
Court documents filed in Box Elder County, Utah show investigators conducted a digital forensic download of Rounds’ phone and discovered a video with a time stamp taken at the time Rounds disappeared.
“The video showed the defendant with blood stains on his arms and shirt as he was cleaning a gun. The shirt which defendant is wearing in the video was analyzed and the victim’s DNA was found on the shirt,” the probable cause statement says.
Cooley says the video was recorded inside Brenner’s trailer at 7:27 a.m. on Saturday, May 28 – around 30 minutes after Rounds spoke with his grandmother on the phone. It was the last time his family heard from him.
After the call, Rounds went to move his grain truck inside a shed near Brenner’s trailer before it started to rain.
He accidentally recorded himself and gave the authorities the incriminating evidence? LOL.
It kinda sounds like Dylan, perhaps, with his last, dying ounces of strength may have recorded it?
Don't take that as gospel, i'm just finding these updates and haven't read too much on it yet, but.. The vid I watched certainly.. I got that impression. Now, whether that's because I'm just impressionable or the vid was poor.. Possible.
But.. once I saw the video.. I had to go back to the original topic on this and check our 'remote viewer' track record.
Yeah, well, let's not.. But, the thing that ticked me off the most in that other topic, and hell.. There was lots. Was the Ivo Zdarsky accusations.
I find this so called video taping a false accusation.
Dylan used this Brenner guy to help him on his farm occasionally.
Why would he be making a video of him?
I don't buy this video for one minute.
If the video exist as stated, there is no proof that Brenner killed the kid.
There is no proof Brenner tossed the phone in the pond.
A lawyer with half a brain could get Brenner off.
I am still going with my original thoughts on who is responsible, and to date still not convinced the kid is dead.

I don't think Dylan was videotaping Brenner.
Brenner is the one who likely inadvertently videotaped himself all bloody and cleaning the gun AFTER he had killed Dylan. He then pitched the phone into a pond where it somehow miraculously was not ruined.
Dylan probably had a drop proof/waterproof case on his phone. I have one on my phone. His must have worked really well.
