The Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) at Wright Patterson is heavily involved in trafficking human subjects by the tens of thousands for its Multisensory Perception and Communication Network involving cognitive impairment and behavioral research in public. This is concealed by the AFRL and its IRB, its Vice Chair Rhonda Allen, Dr. Mark Heider Draper, Dr. Gregory Dr. John Funke, Dr. Andy McKinley, Gloria Calhoun, Susan Souther and contractors Infoscitex and Ball Aerospace. These AFRL staff members and contractors utilize this network and the trafficked human subjects for what is referred to as Airmen Decision Making Interface Research (ADMIRE) and Human Systems contracting, involving variations of cognitive impairment and behavioral interventions with a human subject. This research involves both the distance-correlated human subjects and this network for long term engagements in public without consent.

This contracted activity and network have contributed to workforce impairment in the state of Ohio and Indiana compromising the private sector and its companies making our nation less competitive.

The fields of psychology and criminal justice have sorely overlooked the direct correlation between statistics in these states and the distance-correlated applied neuroscience and registered nerve tractography of human subjects, necessary for their individual link to the AFRL for this purpose.

Given this funded activity is clearly spelled out by the AFRL and in SBIR grants, trafficked human subjects and cognitive impairment continue to proliferate with no other private sector benefit, despite the overused warfighter, airmen terminology in daily AFRL marketing. Do your due diligence and validate the obvious.

Alex from Air Force Office of Special Investigations AFOSI notified a non uniformed private sector citizen by telephone on July 27, 2021 to stop reporting its active human trafficking associated with the Air Force Research Lab in Dayton Ohio to Homeland Security despite its ongoing utilization of human subjects without their consent, apart from the Wright Patterson Air Base in communities for Adaptive Interfaces Research, Human Effectiveness Teaming, Multisensory Perception and Communication, Human Biosignatures, Airmen Decision Making Interface Research and Warfighter Interface Teaming. As a result of this detrimental contribution to the private sector and the vast scale of the human subject network funded by the AFRL, this act of irresponsible science continues to be reported despite the phone call.
