My husband has got his job in Dayton.We have 3year old kid we are looking for an apartment in in Dayton which will have Indian community(south). and I would like to know how safe is the city?

Really depends on which neighborhood. South tends to get better as you get into Linden Heights, Belmont, into Kettering. What neighborhoods I considering?

Do you want to actually live in Dayton, or is the Dayton area sufficient?

What is your budget?

Give is an idea of where the job is located if he is not working from home.

Beavercreek seems to have a large number of Indian residents.

He will be working from home for a year and budget is 1500$ fr 2bhk, I'm mostly looking in beavercreek/miamisburg area since I heard there are lot of Indians in that area but I don't know any apartment name in there with indian community and Thanks for your reply.

I can only answer part of your question. Im not sure about Indian communities in the area, only that there Indian communities in the Dayton area...largish Turkish population too over in Old North Dayton, but I digress. I can say that Miamisburg and Beavercreek are very nice areas. Beavercreek is definately more suburban in the sense of when it was developed historically. Miamisburg is actually an old river town and has a cool old housing stock and a cute downtown area. It's more suburban feeling the closer you get to 75. Both are excellent areas though.
