Hi, I know it's usually eat less and exercise, but..
I am a 63 year old male and always had great BMI and kind of fit. My normal weight usua6lly is 130 lbs. I started taking Lupron injections due to prostate cancer and my weight has gone up to 148. It all seems to be in the belly. I never looked like this! I cut carbs a bit, but no change. Any suggestions? I always was able to drop weight but not now.
Thank you!
I was on Lupron for two years, and during that time I put on an extra 50 pounds.
I am off Lupron now, the weight seems to want to stay.
However, I have also changed my diet, which I think might be helping.
