Towns and places in towns to meet opposite sex (non-alcohol) (Fayetteville: fit in, shops)

Hi,

I had posted earlier looking to possibly relocate to NWA. At the time I thought I would be moving with my girlfriend, but that relationship has ended.

I'm still going to visit (actually flying out today).

Eventually I'd like to be in a LTR/marriage and possibly kid(s). Big picture, that's more important than the geographic, cultural, economic plusses of a particular area.

So now as I check out the area and see how I like it and how I might fit in, I'm also seeing how I might run into my future Mrs. Where I am presently, I have met people at the gym, church and there's one coffee shop that's very busy with a nice culture. I'm looking for age 35 +/-, conservative, non or minimal drinker.

Obviously, I only need one person. That said, do I have a better chance in Fayetteville, Rogers, etc? I have a church lined up. Any coffee shops or other places or events I should know about?

I'm not expecting to meet my person on this trip but trying to get an idea of what it would be like.

... To find a mate... Church is a great start. Fayetteville commands the largest population so best for evenings and weekends. Rogers/Bentonville are better for lunch times. Will have to rely on others for recommendations since I am not in a position to give advice on that.

I agree with Snaple. Church is a great start.
NWA has many events going on pretty much every week. Bentonville and Fayetteville square have planned activities all the time. Pretty much every type of ‘hobby’ is supported in NWA. You shouldn’t have any issue joining your respective circle, thus the potential of meeting your mate. Good luck.
