Identifying Drawer Pull Handles (kitchen, replacement, cement)

I need to find a replacement pull handle for a kitchen drawer. Please see attached images for details. It measures 12-1/4" long and is 12" from hole center to hole center. I am not sure of the manufacturer.

Any help you can give in identifying this (and where to order) would be greatly appreciated.
