Hi,
Just curious if anyone knows who owns the tracks around Colonial Heights (Regency Dr and Fort Henry Dr area)

Is there a way for the public to know if they're track management as well? Recently it looks like they had management trucks on the tracks and they stayed for about 30 minutes right near our house.

I'm just curious

If there is a crossing nearby there maybe a sign for who to call when/if something happens. Should clearly state if it is CSX or NS property.

Could be a track crew or a signal crew for the track. You may find CSX or NS service trucks operating on the track.

A quick internet search indicates it’s probably CSX track.
