Keep pushing your state legislators in Helena guys. The Article V Convention is the greatest way to counter the federal gov't overreach in the past 100 years. Montana Assembly had a great forum on January 24

"Article V says that ‘on the Application of two thirds of the Legislatures of the several States, [Congress] shall call a Convention for proposing amendments.’ The convention can propose amendments, whether Congress approves of them or not. Those proposed amendments would then be sent to the states for ratification. As with an amendment proposed by Congress, three-quarters of the states would have to ratify the amendment for it to become part of the Constitution"

Complicated process to actual make constitutional changes.
Lots of possible issues mentioned and not mentioned. My understanding is that it is mostly a states rights and / or right wing campaign. Heavy support in south and little elsewhere, yet. The Koch brothers provided 95% of the early year funding and may still.

Only a bit over half way to required 34 states to call convention, the very first step.

Medicaid expansion. I'd love to know how many of their "patriots" are simultaneously enrolled.

Yeah. Like we want the modern day GOP leadership tampering with the Constitution. Trump? Boebert? Marjorie Taylor-Greene (will there be a clause banning the deployment of "Jewish space lasers" lol)?
