Hello,
Need advice on how to start all of it. The only experience I have is managing my 4 unit building. Now, I am thinking to buy another property if price is right. That’s all!
Goal Is to be a selling agent. But how to start to work for RE without experience??

Go on your state real estate commission website and then look up licensing requirements.

As soon as you are licensed, you will have recruiters from firms contacting you to join them.
Associating with a firm is where most training is available.
Choose wisely.

It sounds great they will call me and ask to work for them, can you please explain it to me what you mean by saying: “choose wisely,”should I expect they take advantage from newbies, or some unethical practice? I know I have a long way to learn, I want to work to become quality and trustworthy agent. Bu I start from scratch of course.

If you have a pulse you can get on. New agents should pick a company on 2 criteria - Training and opportunities. Some offers offer more attractive splits (your portion of the commission vs. what the company keeps), but you shouldn't select where you start on that alone. 100% of zero is still zero. Start with the company with the best training and you can always switch to another company later if you want once you're established. Don't know where you are, but consider a team. The support you get on a good team is hard to beat for a new agent.
