I know. When one is looking to buy a place, the advice is to ignore how the current owner has decorated. Still...there are those who can't ignore such things:
This is a condo for sale. I will say the place looks clean. But...the color scheme. A shot of one of the closets shows the color scheme extends to all the clothing, too.

Better than black or midnight blue walls - or dark purple, etc. I've seen plenty of those
Easy to accent with pops of color or paint over with some color, maybe just a wall here or there. You wouldn't need more than one coat of paint for your example.
I would never decorate my house like this, it would make me feel like I couldn't even sit on my own furniture or touch anything. But when we bought our house, it had been a foreclosure and the bank had everything freshly painted white. I didn't love the white walls, but when we found a few tiny missed spots that showed what the colors HAD been (one bedroom was purple, one was acid green), I was just as glad for white.
We've since adjusted it to our taste. As already stated, white is easy to paint over.
