Elderly Airport Transportation

I am trying to find information on a service that could take an 85 year old woman to and from the airport, from Marin, other than Uber or a taxi.

We discovered last night that The Airporter no longer will drop off at ones designated airline for international travel.

My mother in law requires wheel chair assistance which she gets once she is at her airline. Luckily someone riding on the Airporter yesterday was gracious enough to help her with her large luggage and get her to her airline. We realize that won't always be the case.

We live out of state and have been out of the area for decades. As such we are not familiar with what may be available and are hoping to find a solution.

She will be out of the country for a few weeks and we are hoping we can get something arranged for her upon her return to get her safely home.

You might want to check with Silver Ride. Their specialty is transporting seniors to medical appointments. I'm not sure if they will go to the airport, but you can ask. They charge a flat fee (no tipping). I used them when I had a colonoscopy last year. The medical facility would not allow patients to drive themselves home or go home in a taxi, Uber, Lyft or on public transportation, but Silver Ride was OK. Here's a link to their website:

I live in SF, not Marin, so haven't ridden the Airporter, but that sounds odd...
how can it not drop you off at your selected terminal?
