To be clear, the CSA consists of Onondaga, Oswego and Madison counties in the metro area, along with Cayuga County.
I think you are basically going for CNY, which includes the Utica-Rome and Ithaca areas by some accounts.
Also, no Harriet Tubman Home, Seward Museum, Auburn Public Theater, The Rev/Merry Go Round Theatre, NYS Equal Rights Center, Willard Chapel, Fort Hill Cemetary, Cayuga Museum of History & Art, Finger Lakes Drive In and the Schweinfurth Art Gallery just in Auburn alone.
There’s also the Abolitionist Hall of Fame in Peterboro in Madison County, the many Downtown festivals(Taste of Syracuse/Juneteenth/Polish Fest/Italian Festival/Irish Festival/2 Jazz Festivals/Arts & Crafts Festival, Winterfest, etc.), Hanover Square; the Children’s Museum, Safe Haven Museum, Richardson-Bates Museum, H. Lee White Maritime Museum all in Oswego; area Speedways(Fulton, Brewerton, etc.), the Onondaga Nation Arena(Lacrosse/other events); Syracuse city neighborhoods such as Westcott Street, University Hill, Eastwood, Franklin Square, Tipperary Hill and even North Salina Street/Little Italy; other events like the Syracuse Nationals, Boat Show, Auto Expo, etc.
For sports, you also have Syracuse Crunch Hockey(AHL), Le Moyne College sports(now Division 1), Colgate University sports in Hamilton(also Division 1), semi pro Football, multiple collegiate Baseball teams, 3 other Divsion 3 programs(Cortland/Oswego/Morrisville) and 2 community college programs(Cayuga and Onondaga CC’s).
For views, the Thornden Park water tower, Upper Onondaga Park by the Basketball courts, the Lake Ontario shore by Oswego State for a great sunset, the top of Lincoln Park, etc.
There’s also Shakespeare in the Park at the Thornden Park amphitheater, the Paul Roberson Performing Arts company, Oswego Arts, Symphoria, Syracuse Opera, Syracuse Ballet and other arts based offerings here: https://www.syracusearts.net/directory/default.cfm
Forgot about the Midway Drive In just outside of Fulton, Gillie Lake in Camillus, fishing at the Salmon River around Pulaski, the many apple orchards along/near Route 20(Beak & Skiff, Navarino, McLusky, O’Neill’s, etc.) other orchards like Behling Orchards(among others)in Mexico, Owen Orchards in Sennett, Abbott Farms in Baldwinsville and Critz Farms in Cazenovia; Anyela’s Vineyards in Skaneateles, the Greek Festival in DeWitt; Founder’s Day and the Tomato Fest in Auburn, the Bouckville Antique Show in Madison County and more.
Thanks for the suggestions I missed. I'll add more to my list. Unless the event is longer than a week long, I'll probably not add it as a tourist attraction since it is more of an event on a specific date, so maybe I'll just say festivals in Clinton Square etc.
Have you tried searching "Syracuse" on https://www.tripadvisor.com ? It gives a long list of all attractions around Syracuse, listed in exact order starting with most popular and ending with least popular, with hundreds of visitor reviews/ opinions of each attraction, and direct links to the website of each one.
^It is likely a matter of just putting a list of things in the area/region that may or may not be covered by the site, as it is for a larger area and some places may not be considered otherwise.
