Hello Guys
I'm thinking about moving from "South Tampa" to "North Tampa" and I have some questions.
I found this housing which is too close to the USF.
here is the housing website:
5035 SUNRIDGE PALMS DR 101, TAMPA, FL 33617, US
I just want to know if it's a safe area or no?
Is this housing good enough to live in?
Please I need your advices and recommendations about this housing and this area?

That address doesn't look all that bad. It's on the eastern side of USF--almost in Temple Terrace--which I believe is the safest side of school. I assume you'll be checking it out in person?

Wow! That's a very large condo and for under $100,000! It looks clean from those pictures. Hopefully you won't have noisy neighbors.

I agree, that location looks pretty good - east side of the University and practically across the street. Great place to live for someone who works or goes to school there. Can't believe the price on it!

I know where this is...this is a nice spot. Not ghetto at all and USF is literally across the street. Close to shopping and Starbucks, Jamba Juice, Perkins, Einstein Bagels, Chinese place, Qdoba, etc is right there. There's also a Publix very close by.

Usf TAMPA is in the hood. It is not a fun place to be and I wouldn't recommend this at all.
