February has been quite mild. Exactly 2 years ago today, Feb 13 2021, I had 3 feet of snow in my yard...

It's too soon to "call" it, but it seems we might be done with any real cold or snow for this winter. Might.

Looks like another cold spell in late February. I will believe it when I see it. Snow this season? Nearly nothing. (Famous last words)

Well right now I'm looking at NOAA website and looks like we have another week of relatively mild weather with lows around freezing and highs in the 50s.

When are you seeing another cold snap?

Well if I can believe the NOAA website, that is a very good guess. Apparently just a couple of days, but quite cold.

Out here past Prosser, cold and some wind, but no snow at least as of 3:30.

I think this may be the last timid blast of winter this season. Overall, a mild winter with little snow. Which is around the average. However, that weird April snow last year was surprising. Odds of that happening again are slight. March can be surprising but don’t see it this year. Spring fever!

Well I'm not certain I'd call this morning waking up to 17F and a stiff north wind a "last timid blast" but the forecast is for a warm up by the weekend, to about like it was before this cold snap. This morning got a dusting of snow, nothing serious.
