Wow... A++ this is one of the best climates I've ever seen if sunshine hours are over 3000. Love the temps year round and the dryness

Can I change my grade? I meant to rate it a C, but rated it a B by accident. Anyway, C- for me, to dry, a little to many months with max's above 30! Whats the sunshine figures?
