Hmmm...now I am curious, too. I know the general area as my parents had a condo in King's Point for over 20 years. And now my husband and I are thinking of getting a retirement place and am considering the area. It does seem like there are a lot for sale there, and that they have been on the market for a long time. HOA fees seem very high for a relatively low-cost development. Perhaps that is part of the issue? I am also wondering how the neighborhood is right around there.

Beautiful area and grounds kept in great shape. Insurance costs affecting all associations down here
Check out 1151 Violet Terrace. Apt 103. Place is immaculate and on first floor
Close but not too close to South Clubhouse and pool

Redfin issued a press release about condo sales slowing and the reasons just a few days ago. Higher condo association and insurance costs, basically.

I do understand but the county, the state better fix this somehow, some way, or watch people move out of the state.
