OWNER = NGHIEM TRAM @ ABC GRILL @ 1755 E DUBLIN GRANVILLE RD INSPECTED AND LICENSED. RECEIVED A COPY OF THE FOOD SAFETY CERTIFICATE, A SIGNED APPLICATION, A COMPLETED PROFILE FORM, AND A CHECK FOR THE LICENSE FEE.

* Hnadwash sinks are located in a convenient locations
* Date marking was done except those food items that has been discarded
* Cooking , reheating, cooling, hot and cold food items are with in the range of required limits.

* All the measuring temperature devices were available.
* All the food items were received from approved sources.

After investigating the complaint it has been noted that the complaint between employer and employee who has been fired from the work. The management said that he the complainant also called civil rights commissioner that he was discriminated for being fired. The manager of the facility Mr. Nghiem V. Tran said that this kind of information can only be filed an insider. I inspected the kitchen area and observed that the employees were wearing gloves and did not observe any food items that have been undercooked. All the handwash sink locations were provided soap and paper towels. No further action is required.
