Pizza prep is temping 43F. Ensure cooler is turned down to read 41F and someone is called out to look at cooler is necessary.

Complaint stated that facility was making pizza without wearing gloves. By Ohio Code it is ok to handle and assemble pizzas without gloves before they are cooked.
Talked to facility about glove wearing policy. Manager states that they wear gloves to handle the pizza after it has been baked.

Looked at cakes in both freezer and refrigerator, no mold was observed on cakes. However there were no date marks on cakes in cooler. PIC stated that cakes had just been pulled today and she had not had time to place date marks on cakes. PIC put date marks on cakes during the inspection.

Observed several items in reach in cooler in the back without date marks, however items had not yet been in there 24hrs. Ensure that items items that remain in the cooler for over 24hr are properly date marked.
