INSPECTED AND APPROVED TO OPERATE AS A RL 3 FSO, RECEIVED PAYMENT $518, CHECK # 10132. WITHIN 14 DAYS: INSTALL FRP BOARD AROUND 3-COMP SINK, MOP SINK, AND HAND WASHING SINK IN KITCHEN. SEAL HAND SINK TO WALL, ADD TILES TO FLOOR IN KITCHEN SO THE FLOOR IS SMOOTH AND EASILY CLEANABLE. NO COMMERCIAL APPLIANCES, ATTEND LEVEL 1 FOOD SAFETY TRAINING WITHIN 30 DAYS

This is a 14 day inspection occurring after the initial Pre-licensing. Facility is not yet open, however a time line has been given to complete open violations. a follow-up inspection is scheduled for two weeks, regardless if Daycare is open. Please have all violations corrected by that time.
Note: Commercial appliances have been purchased and approved.
Note: PIC stated Level 1 training course will be taken on the 10-21-10 class date.

Note: When drying dishes, water must be able to drain properly. The solid wood shelving is not a suitable surface to accomplish this. Drain on drain board of 3comp sink or on a shelving that would allow for draining.
