PIC stated facility is going to be closed Monday and Tuesday next week to fix ceiling, paint walls and do other repairs.
PIC was unable to attend Servsafe this month. Must Sign up at least 1 employee for food safety training in April. Recommend sending Managers to ServSafe and other staff to Level 1 training. Workshop schedule provided.

Discussed food bourne illness complaint that leads back to Sunday December 11th. On that day the PIC and one other person was working. Neither of them were sink in any way. We discussed proper hand washing requirements. PIC explained there was not many other orders in addition to the large quantity for the catered event. The main focus was on making the large quantity of pizzas. If employees handled money or did any other tasks they washed their hands before engaging in food prep. PIC stated the pizzas were made in groups and were then immediately delivered to the location and dropped off.
During inspection I observed that the employees were properly washing hands and foods were at the proper temperature.
No cause for further action.
