Conducted follow up inspection to Ecoli outbreak.
-Did not observe any practices that could contribute to an Ecoli contamination.
-No raw products are prepared or handled, juices are pasturized
-Only 1 food service worker, no record of having Ecoli-like symptoms since September, does not provide direct care to children.
-Only 1 of the 3 confirmed cases eats food that is prepared on site, the other two eat canned baby food.
-Stressed the importance of hand washing.
