During the inspection no violations were observed which pertained to the complaint. All employees thoroughly washed their hands prior to putting on single-use gloves. The operator understood that the gloves used are are to be thrown away once they are taken off. The person-in-charge acknowledged that they did run out of potatoes. The facility was also maintained in a sanitary condition. All cold foods were safely held out of the temperature danger zone.
