PIC: Wum
facility was installing new hot water tank during inspection
Changed date on placard.

PIC Stephanie. Facility under new management and did not know of all of the violations.

PIC Stephanie. Critical violations were correct at the time of inspection. Discussed reopening the kitchen. Told the PIC that 2 handsinks would be needed in the kitchen and that I would check with the plans reviewer of the next steps to take.

DId not observe any chicken or other types of food for that matter, in the facility. The facility does not even currently have equipment to cook anything. Ice machine was clean, did not observe any contaminants
